Dominick Vitolo

Dominick Vitolo brings expertise developed over more than a decade of hands-on leadership in cybersecurity, risk assessments, penetration testing, and project management. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Novawatch, he heads the cybersecurity and security services practice for the company. With his extensive leadership and history of success in progressively more complex assignments, he leads Novawatch with an invaluable skill set built on innovation and fueled by a passion for the field. He is driven to lead the firm to help clients anticipate and meet all security challenges.
Mr. Vitolo leverages industry best practices as well as proprietary Novawatch management tools to guide clients through strategic data security decision-making. And with a long history of project management experience in a diverse range of client industries, he leads the Novawatch organization to be a trusted cybersecurity resource and service provider while always delivering on aggressive deadlines and the highest quality expectations. Gregg Martin
VP of Security Services
Gregg Martin boasts extensive expertise in developing and leading consulting and managed services practices for cybersecurity and compliance firms. Additionally, he has developed and led technical pre-sales and sales overlay functions for cloud and cybersecurity. Accumulating over two decades of industry experience he has demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities in various capacities, ranging from early-stage startups to global enterprises. Gregg’s professional endeavors have taken him across eight countries where he successfully delivered and operated numerous projects.
Gregg has held various executive, leadership, and contributor positions with other renowned companies throughout the cybersecurity industry. As Vice President of Security Services, Gregg’s foremost responsibility revolves around developing and implementing an innovative service strategy that aligns with Novawatch’s overarching goals and objectives. Drawing on his deep understanding of the security landscape and industry trends, Gregg meticulously analyzes the market to identify emerging opportunities and formulate comprehensive strategies to capitalize on them. Andrew Haslett
SR MANAGER OF SECURITY SERVICES
Andrew Haslett is a Security Engineer and Lead Incident Response Specialist at Novawatch. Andrew and the entire 24X7 operations center at Novawatch are continually monitoring, probing, and assessing clients’ networks to identify vulnerabilities before malevolent actors do. Combined with ongoing threat responses, including rapid reactions to novel exploits and ongoing client education and remediation work, Andrew brings comprehensive service and expert knowledge to his role. The proactive posture he leads, with results backed up by in-depth client reporting to document the value added, gives Novawatch clients the peace of mind of knowing there is a dedicated group of professionals always vigilant to protect their digital assets.
Andrew has in-depth knowledge of threat detection, malware analysis, and digital forensics / incident response (DFIR) that comes from extensive hands-on work in the field. Complementing his expertise is the passion to stay far ahead of those who would breach and disrupt client networks.
